Regularly adding lubricating oil is crucial to avoid complications during crusher operation. It is recommended to add lubricating oil at least once a week. With prolonged use, the bearings generate high temperatures, leading to the lubricating oil's melting and evaporation. This phenomenon results in reduced amounts of oil, progressively increasing impurities, and dust in the crushing area, leading to more impurities in the bearings over time. As the bearings become increasingly contaminated, the equipment's heat becomes more pronounced and may ultimately cause the equipment to stop working. Therefore, the primary cause of the crushing bearing's overheating is insufficient lubricating oil or dirty oil that has gone bad.
